According to today’s ISM survey, the new orders index stood at 54.4% in March, indicating continued growth in the sector. However, the employment index shrank for the third time to 48.5%, raising concerns about the stability of the labour market. The services sector continues to play a key role in the economic recovery, but addressing employment challenges is essential for sustainable growth.
