Deutsche Bank down 5% after Postbank litigation resurfaces

Deutsche Bank shares fell 5% early Monday after reports of a long-running lawsuit could cost the largest German lender up to 1.3 billion euros ($1.39 billion).
The case comes as a blow to Deutsche, which reported better-than-expected results last week that boosted its shares. It’s the latest in a series of problems that have emerged with the purchase of no-frills Postbank.
