FTX Refunds Expected to Begin by Year’s End

The official liquidators of FTX Digital have outlined the schedule for refunds to customers, with the first sums of money expected to be distributed to claimants by the end of 2024. The bankruptcy of FTX involves two separate, parallel processes: one in a Delaware court in the United States and the other the winding-up of FTX Digital, the Bahamian-based entity of FTX. However, both parties cooperate in the liquidation process to compensate former clients jointly.
