dYdX Chain Stopped for 9 Hours

The dYdX decentralized trading platform blockchain, the dYdX Chain, was down for over 9 hours. The source of the issue was the planned v4 update of the chain. Since then, the team has updated the software, and block production has resumed. The dYdX perpetual futures DEX remained operational throughout the chain outage.
