ARK Invest Amends Spot ETH ETF Application

The spot ETH ETF jointly filed by Cathie Wood’s ARK Invest and 21Shares recently underwent modifications, reportedly withdrawing the staking option from their application. According to a report, this amendment, as per Eric Balchunas, a Bloomberg ETF analyst, could indicate adjustments made to their documents based on feedback from the SEC for compliance. However, it may unfortunately signify a mere simplification of the application to reduce potential grounds for rejection.
