Oklahoma to Enact Favorable Crypto Laws

In one of the United States’ states, Oklahoma, a bill has been passed to protect the residents’ right to self-determination of digital assets. According to the bill, Oklahoma will prohibit the restriction or banning of digital assets, crypto wallets, or hardware wallets. Additionally, Oklahomans will be allowed to mine cryptocurrencies freely at home and industrially, provided they adhere to local noise ordinances. The law will take effect on November 1, 2024.
