Former Federal Reserve Official Appointed to Binance.US Board

Binance’s American subsidiary, Binance.US, announced on Tuesday the appointment of Martin Grant, a former official of the New York Federal Reserve, to the board of directors of BAM Management US Holdings. He will assist in overseeing the company’s financial reporting processes and internal controls. Grant brings over three decades of regulatory, legal, and compliance experience in government and the digital asset industry, currently serving as the global head of regulatory affairs at JST Digital, a financial services provider.
